L & T Gardens & Groundworks is proud to announce the championship victory of George, who has claimed the title of 2024 GMX3 Champion! After many years of racing, starting at the age of seven, George, now 22, has reached the top, securing the championship by just 5 points in a season that kept everyone on the edge of their seats.
The competition was fierce this year, with the top four riders all securing race wins, and the championship coming down to the very last event. Unfortunately, the final race had to be called due to weather conditions, but George’s consistent performance throughout the season earned him the championship title. While this is likely his last full racing season, George plans to continue competing at a more relaxed pace in the future.
George, who also works as a labourer at L & T Gardens & Groundworks, has our full support both on and off the track. We’ve been delighted to sponsor him throughout his racing journey, and this championship marks a perfect conclusion to his season.
